The hotel is very nice and the staff are all helpful. A special thank you to the hotel staff who covers the night shift on 3 Oct. It was raining quite heavily that night and my friend and I waited in rain outside of Seoul station for almost 3 hours in midnight but could not get a taxi. I called the hotel 7 times for help and the staff was really responsive although he didn’t manage to get us a taxi either. I think I was quite rude for my last one or two calls but he was really comforting and considerate and he went down to the outside of the hotel to pick us up when we finally arrived. It might be hard to get a taxi in Seoul but it’s easy to get help from the hotel.

Loved everything about it - great hotel, loved the room. I traveled with my grandparent and we had two separate beds and it was just right. It was a tad small but it's totally fine. It was very clean, great staff who helped us get taxis whenever we needed it. Loved it and I'd def stay here again if I'm in the Myeongdong area. Close to all the food stands (5 min walk) in Myeongdong and it's an 8 min. walk from the Myeogndong train station.

    The Korean crafts part (upstairs in one of the buildings) has quite a lot of souvenirs for cheaper prices than elsewhere. Look around as prices vary there too. There are a few artists/craftmen who sell there productions. There's a section for kitchenware next to it.

    The staff were very nice and helped me and my friend out when only one of us had arrived in time due to delays. They were very understanding and even let my friend check in without paying the deposit as she was not in possession of a credit card at that time. Moreover, the rooms and the location are perfect. It does take about 5-10 minutes to get to the metro, but Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong are both in walkable distances.

    The staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful, the location was amazing, Myeongdong is right around the corner, Namdaemun Market is also right beside the hotel. Highly recommend staying here! :] lots of delicious local restaurants all around as well and the subway entrance is pretty close (within 5-10 min walk) to sightsee around korea!

    I had a fantastic view from the 17th floor facing towards Gwanghwamun Square. The room had a great layout, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including eye masks and bath salts, which were replenished daily. The location was excellent—just a short walk to City Hall subway station, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun Market.
