The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

The rooms we awesome. Clean, big, each bed had privacy rolls, lights, shelves, plugs. The rooms had lockers for each bed. AC was working. The staff was friendly and tried their best to help us. Subway was very close. The room for 2 single beds was on par with hotel rooms + it had character. The bathrooms were really clean and modern. The showers were private with an ante room to the shower room where you could store your dry stuff. This was in each shower stall. There were hair blowing dryers in a different room with mirrors and chairs for doing your makeup. Thumbs up, well done👍😁

    One of the nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed at! It is on the 36th floor of an apartment building so the view is spectacular, also the facilities are clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was simple but nice. Location is great, very close to the station and bus stop. Walking distance to Seomyeon Station so lots of shops, restaurants and bars to explore.

Seomyeon station only 2 minutes walk , big clean room with fridge and washing machine .water pressure is great, shower is a good entertainment ☺️ very fast wi-fi that my son can play mobile legend without lag , staff was super friendly👍 they made us feel like staying at home , they even give us small gifts before we checkout .their service is excellent ! definitely will come here if I visit Busan again !     It's my second time staying in this hostel and one of its key advantages has always been its location. It's very close to Seomyeon station to restaurants and to markets. The facade of the hostel is a lot worn down now but generally rooms are still well maintain including the bathrooms. They are also cleaned everyday and they give towel replacements on a daily basis. Rooms are not that big but for the price one pays it's a good value for money. Pets and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly.

    Great location; just 10 minutes away from seomyeon station. Plenty of food, shops and convenience stores within minutes of walking. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. One of the most lavish hotel rooms for quite a low price. Staff was very friendly, and tourist friendly, as I only spoke in english.

    The hostel is super nice and well equipped. Everything looks so nice, it’s super cozy. The bed is comfortable and you get an amenity kit. They have everything you need in the shower as well. It’s super close to the Seomyeon station and you get lots of bars and restaurants close by. You even have a simple breakfast which is great for the price you pay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back again.
