I wanted to like the place but the staff was rude as soon as I arrived and after that i seriously debated on canceling my stay but I had to go to an engagement so I stayed.

The place was fancy and modern. The staff were formal and kind. The room was spacious and clean. I really don't know what else to say, it's a top of the line hotel experience for quite a good value.

The rooms were clean and the bed was firm. I had originally had booked another hotel but when I showed up to the property it was awful. I was so grateful Iksans 4 seasons was able to book us two rooms for 10 days. The hotel is a block away from the bus station. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will help you order taxi's and food. There are 3-7 eleven and one cu store. We were two single females and felt very safe.
