We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We only stayed for one night but everything was great. The hotel is very new and has everything you could wish for. It is very clean and everything works perfectly. The host is an extremely helpful and friendly man, he allowed us to drop off our bags prior to our check-in time so we could go hiking. Also when we couldn't get a taxi/uber when we wanted to leave he personally dropped us off at the bus station. Exceptional service!

Location was great, big room with very nice view. Value for money. We would like to commend the hotel concierge staff "Mr Kim Hyeok Gi" for his amazing service. Our rental car could not be opened as the battery probably died, we also had no phone number to call lotte rental thus he had helped us to contact the service centre and translated for us in Korean to English. The whole time he was very patient. Thank you for your help during a stressful period, my whole family appreciates your kindness and patience.

There was a male staff who was extremely helpful. He helped us with check-in and was very friendly. We had difficulty getting a taxi to the bus station and had only 20 minutes to spare, but he managed to call two taxis for us and we reached in the nick of time. One of our rooms were upgraded from twin to deluxe so that our rooms could be side by side. The sea view was beautiful. Having breakfast was helpful esp with a toddler. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows.

    1) Excellent location — close to bus stop to Seoraksan National Patk. Inter-city Bus terminal, Abai village, the bridges, Central Market, Yeongnangho Lake are all within walking distance. 2) Room and attached bathroom are big Tea and coffee are provide 24/7. More importantly, there are 3 types of tea bags eg camomile tea, and a flower tea 3) Manager Yoo is always there and is knowledgeable about the places to go and how to get to these places. 4) Free lockers for bag storage are available — just don’t lose the key 😃
