This resulted in the cancelation of my room. I had to rebook my room a few days later, and I was unable to get my desired room with a washing machine. This was able to be sorted after my first night (my flight was late in) by staff and my last two nights were very good. However you get what you pay for and the hotel provides a good bed for a nights sleep. Location right by sophistic Marina Mall and near beach. However, as said the hotel a bit beat up and needs renovation. Walking distance to restaurants (all fast food you like and traditional food), shops (H&M, Centrepoint, Sultan 24/7 supermarket and many small shopping centers), and Malls (Al Fanar, Al Bustan, and Marina Mall). The staff is great, and the rooms are clean. Plus, as a family, I got connected rooms: two single beds with one queen bed. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make my family and my stay comfortable, and made us feel so welcome in Kuwait. The location is great, just across the road from Marina mall and the beach is walking distance too. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the owner of the hotel made our stay very memorable.
