Stayed 3 nights in this comfortable homestay with squeeky clean floors, it had multiple rugs inside the room and bathroom to keep the floor dry, a big balcony to sitout and soak in the greenery around. It is also very close to the Ella Main road so you can walk down to the happening area and still far enough to offer you a peaceful comfortable night sleep. Obey the owner also runs a laundry which explains the cleanliness of the linen. The breakfast spread was excellent on all days. The staff including Sankar, Obey and his wife are all really helpful.

The people at The Cubes are fantastic! We arrived late in the evening and it rained hence the road was wet. The slope up to the accomodation was a little steep and our car had some problem going up. 4 guys came very quickly to check and helped pushed the car up! So very grateful. We were greeted with great smiles and welcome drinks...felt like friends instantly. Breakfast was great too looking out to the hills and had a good chat with the accomodation manager. On the whole, the staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. Thank you The Cubes!

    Wonderful stay. Beautiful house sitting upon the tree plantations, just off from the main road in a quiet area. Very spacious bedroom. The host kindly offered to drive us to the Ella railway station in the morning and with a tasty breakfast basket :)

    Excellent location, at a walking distance from ella railway station....you don't have to take a tuk tuk when you reach Ella. Also at walking distance from nine arch bridge. Courtesy at its best.....we had some problems with the snoring of a guest ha ha , but owner shifted us to expensive dorm without any extra charge. Thanks to him, would love to visit again..

    Clean air conditioned rooms with very nice views from the balcony where the host served a very filling breakfast. Location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to nine arch Bridge. Short taxi ride to Ella railway station. Very glad we stayed here.
