Great, very new Hotel in great Location towards the attractions of Colombo with very clean rooms in a good size and great pools and many restaurants and bars. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel, from the great welcoming staff in the Lobby, to the Front Desk, to Housekeeping (Sanju in Floor 9 was great!), the Head Sommelier Wellington, the staff in the restaurants and bars, and all Security Guards and other staff throughout the Hotel. While the Hotel itself is great and on 5-Star level, the staff made the experience extraordinary. Staying here at the end of our two week Sri Lanka trip was a perfect last Sri Lanka experience.

My stay at the Sheraton Colombo was nothing short of spectacular. I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of professionalism that truly sets this hotel apart. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making me feel both welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a luxurious and restful stay. The facilities are outstanding. Everything is maintained to the highest standard, creating an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. Sheraton Colombo is a true gem in the heart of the city. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience!

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who does the breakfast and cleans the room works really hard and is very helpful. The location is brilliant for walking to galle face green and fort. The dorm had fans, AC, comfy matresses and I didn't see any mosquitos. A very good budget option.

    Exceptional Service: Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional and attentive without being overbearing. Also I enjoyed an impressive breakfast buffet: The selection was huge and catered to both Western and local tastes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Also the hotel is perfectly situated near The Galle Face Green and the historic heart of Colombo, with great sea views from the higher floors. Our room was spotless, with crisp linens, a great shower and a comfortable bed. Robes were provided.

    Apartment is in a high rise which is well equipped and is comfortable. Location is best with Galle face green and One Galle face mall at walking distance. Owner is helpful and very prompt in his replies. It felt like home away from home.

    Superb apartment, really clean and comfy. It was in a fabulous location near Galle Face Green, and had wonderful views of the city, sea, and sunsets. The facilities were excellent with a great pool, gym, play area for young kids, air con, kitchen, etc. Would 100% recommend.
