The location is breathtaking. The staff is super friendly. We booked a room with balcony and sea view and it was perfect. We had only the breakfast from the hotel and it was delicious too. They gave us the free tuk tuk ride to the jungle beach nearby. Everything was perfect and it was a luxurious stay.

This was by far the cleanest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. Probably because the hotel is quite new, everything was sparkling clean. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at kings landing! The highlight for us was the lovely staff- Pamuda and Lakrusan were fabulous staff. We were always greeted with a smile and they helped us with any questions we had. Our room was always clean and on Christmas day they gave us a lovely cake and refreshments. We felt very well looked after.

We stayed two nights and from the moment we arrived we felt at home and cozy. The hotel rooms were very clean with comfortable beds + the included breakfast of eggs, sausages, fruits and more was sensational. The hosts/staff are also very down to earth and were attentive with any request we had.

The bungalows were very nicely made, with a lot of attention to detail and considering the needs of the guests. We really enjoyed our stay. It was spotless clean and all amenities were super new. There was also a shared kitchen in the garden that we can use. In the morning we were surprised by the size and quality of the breakfast. Owners really do their job with care and love. I would definitely book it again. The location was not right by the Unawatuna Beach but it is easy to access by public or walking. Also, a nice hike to the Jungle Beach.
