SerbiaI felt like I am a movie star in an old italian film :) Fabulous little hotel at the central town square! I loved arhitecture of the hotel and old style bilinds on the windows - "škure"! Marko was a great host. He recomended boat excursion which was fantastic! He has helped a lot on my way to Virpazar suggesting best directions. Ladies working at the reception and in a restaurant were very nice and polite. They have recomened little antique exibition at the attic of the hotel. My best recommendations for Pelikan hotel!

United KingdomAs we travelled as a group of five adults and two children, the three apartments within this detached one storey building were ideal for us and would be for similar sized groups. The building has a very large terraced area to the front, overlooking a fenced garden area, and with small balconies to the rear serving the studio apartment and the bedroom of the apartment. The one-bedroom apartment has its own area of the large terrace. The building is in a charming enclosed area surrounded by other letting properties as well as family homes. It has to be said there is a soon-to-open, large hotel to the rear of the apartment building - it did not bother us at all.
All the apartments are beautifully presented and the beds comfortable and absolutely everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Keys are collected from Outdoor and More Tourist Agency and Sara and Aleksandra provided good support.
We all very much enjoyed our short stay and would return.

The flat itself is like an antique shop with lots of different details, items, library. It was very spacious with panoramic windows, a stunning view, a huge terrace.
I also want to thank a landlord for hospitality, friendliness, being in touch all the time.
I will definitely come again!

We went for three days and I think it was too much.
We went for three days and I think it was too much. We couldn't do any hikes because the locals told us there were poisonous snakes on all of them. Which super appreciated the warning of course! But it left us without much to do. The town of Virpazar, is cute but very very small, you can see it in about 15 mins. I think unless you have pre-planned hikes/biking trips that you know you want to do and you know they are open (have checked with locals) then just do a day trip here. It would be more than enough. The boat trips are on average only 2-3 hours long. They are beautiful, but I think arrive, take a boat trip, have lunch in Virpazar (theres a cool resturant on a boat right in the center) then head back to the coast (or onto Dumitor National Park) late afternoon.Guest review byKellyUnited States - 10.0

We stayed just outside Virpazar and drove in (we had booked a tour and were lucky that the tour guide could help us with parking!), we stayed at Vranjina. We took a tour on lake skadar; Private Guided 2-Hour Lake Skadar Boat Tour, booked through Get Your Guide. The lake is amazing! We forgot to bring swim clothes so make sure you remember to pack some! There is an amazing little sea food restaurant right at/below the bridge that you go under during your tour - very good service and very fresh fish/sea food! There are two restaurants that more or less share parking, if you stand facing the restaurants from the road, this is the one to the left :)Guest review byVeronicaSweden

We stayed with our 8 year old and 6 year old and found the apartment really spacious and comfortable. Great air conditioning for the heatwave and we loved being able to easily walk into the little village of Virzapar in ten minutes. The host gave us a fantastic recommendation for river swimming - a quiet spot with beautiful clear water. We also went out on the boat across Lake Skadar which was an unforgettable experience. They did everything for our stay to be perfect. The apartment was beautiful and the terrace from which you could look at Lake Skadar even more so. They also sell their homemade wine and grappa and other things which are very tasty. Sadly we only had breakfast once, as it was one of the best we had in Montenegro. Very beautiful place it is like paradise on earth. Apartments Jolicic where very nice to us the entire time. We went on a boat trip on the lake with them and that was an exceptional experience. This place and the sea is like medicine for the soul.
