This place is amazing and very much worth the stay in Macau. Everything from the room, staff, and especially the breakfast is amazing. I wish I could have stayed there longer as the water park is so much fun.

The hotel is huge. Located right on the strip. Huge rooms. Super clean. Amenities inside. Free shuttles to many places. Close to other nice hotels for entertainment (walkable).

Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic - he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. It was his enthusiasm that made us feel like we were treated like VIP; and he made us believe that all the staff were just as dedicated as him.
