We went to Macau to celebrate our bithday as we both have them in December. Mandarin went TRULY above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and unique. First of all: we got picked up from the terminal by the Concierge, a nice gesture as he explained everything on the short way to the hotel. Then: we got upgraded to Presidential Suite. 10/10 review doesn’t do it justice. Of course the suite itself is amazing, it’s huge and has a lot of great amenities - but that’s a given in a hotel like Mandarin. What truly stood out was the service: absolutely everyone, from bellhop, reception, concierge, in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, Spa and managers, was TOP class. Everyone was extra kind and warm (in a good way, it didn’t feel forced), but also very helpful (in a good way, not too „tight”). We received great recommendations on what to do and where to go and felt well taken care of. Spa also deserves a special mention as the treatment we got was outstanding and very relaxing: perfect way to finish our journey. Mandarin really made sure our stay was magical. We would like to thank the entire staff who served us and we will definitely come back. Can’t recommend Mandarin Macau enough. 11/10 experience.

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with a big shower and all the products/kits we needed. Very nice breakfast. Everything is new. Highly recommended!

Beautifull hotel, clean as expected beds were nice. We stayed at the 18. floor, so we had a very nice view. Staff can speak Cantonese and englisch.

    Macau is a lovely place for a vacation. The people are really friendly. Go and wander around the residential area around Ah Ma temple. It's like Lisbon in Portugal. Visit the Museums, the Maritime museum was very well done. The Casinos were a great place to hang out and shop around.
