The staff was super amazing. I was able to communicate with Andy over whatsapp before, during and after the stay. She gave excellent suggestions and met our every request kindly. I think her helpfulness beats any convenience any other accomodation's amenities. They were able to accommodate last minute addition and removal to our bookings due to flight cancellation. The pool is very cool and nice to lounge ona sunny afternoon. the breakfast is decent. This is probably the only area in playa del carmen that is near the restaurants, beach and at the same time quiet. Our other airbnb was very loud.

Great quiet location but only 5 mins walk to the centre. Attentive host who is freely available and provides useful local info. Super breakfast (fruit, cooked & pastries/breads) served in lovely shaded outdoor area. Room facilities good & with a lovely roof terrace, containing sun loungers, hot tub & shaded area.

Everything this condo offers is amazing. Clean, close to grocery, in between suburban (real Mexican area) and the party spots, plus 15 min to the beach! Love the roof top swimming pool for a lazy day. Super convenient to everything. Will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel, with great facilities (pools, rooftop bar, gym). Hotel is wel placed one block away from the "Quinta", where you can walk around a lot of shops and restaurants. Also on top of a supermarket so you can buy anything you need there and you always have taxis available to bring you where you need to go.
