The cliff divers in La Quebrada are phenomenal.
The cliff divers in La Quebrada are phenomenal. These intrepid young male and female divers scale the steep rocks with their bare hands. From the top (which is 135 feet high) they pray to the Virgin of Guadalupe before diving into the narrow ravine below. For the final spectacular dive torches are lit and thrown into the water and the diver must dive into the fiery ring. It's breathtaking. Not to be missed!Guest review byBarbara O KIreland
