Very tidy, large, and spacious, clean room. It has a kettle, water, coffee, tea. Faiž is extremely kind, from the moment of check-in, throughout each and every day, always professional, courteous, cheerful, and ready to help for anything needed. Hotel is very good located, close to the ferry port and, less then 50 meters from the beach. All recommendations for Papaya resort, we would definitely come again.

Amazing place, sea and people! We stayed at Ella's for one week and it was like paradise. Great for solo travellers. Lots to explore, friendly people, cheap prices and beautiful nature. I highly recommend to stay there.

Accommodation was comfortable, clean and safe. We were extremely pleased with the location at that there was a restaurant attached to the accommodation, making it easy to plan our meals. Rooms was like photos and met our expectations.

So happy with the service provided by Mr. Tom Teo. He was very helpful and guided us well in the island. He gave us many options on the activities that we could do and and tried his best to meet our needs. The accommodation is nice and clean, if it's a 'kampung' life you're after, you got it. The other staff also are very helpful and try to meet your needs.
