The staff was very friendly and helpful. the architecture and the interior design is amazing. the breakfast is outstanding and the food in Yellow Fin Horse and in Raw very good but also quite expensive. we like our room with its balcony and the view from it, the pool and the all in all the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

We stayed with family in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Would like to thank staff for housing both apartments to same floor and close to each other. The apartments are very spacious (specially 3 bedroom, Wow!) and in very good condition. Not to mention the beautiful views. Also must mention that the staff did excellent job assisting us with whatever needs came up during our stay. Thank you for hosting us - it was a pleasure! :)

Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.

    The apartment was spotless, modernly furnished with a full kitchen, comfy bed, large windows letting in ample daylight, air conditioning that cooled well even on Kuala Lumpur’s warm afternoons. The building offers secure access, lifts, free parking, and conveniences like Netflix access, strong WiFi, and the shared corridors felt well maintained. Location is outstanding just right in Mid Valley so I could walk to Mid Valley Megamall, The Gardens, eateries, supermarkets, cinemas, and easy access by car or Grab to KL Sentral and KLCC.

    This was my first time staying at KL Gateway, and I loved that it is just minutes away from Mid Valley Megamall and easily accessible via KTM Komuter and LRT stations, making city exploration simple. The apartment itself was spotless, furnished with all necessary appliances, and the building offered good facilities such as the swimming pools, gym, and a relaxing lounge area.
