We stayed at the Tjiong townhouse. As guests of a townhouse, we got a complimentary tour of the Blue Mansion by Sally (I hope I'm spelling well her name). We were already delighted with the Blue Mansion and the townhouse but after Sally's enthusiastic sharing of the fantastic history of the Mansion, the life of Cheong Fatt Tze and the principles of Feng Shui we definitely fell in love with the place and Georgetown. We feel privileged and honored for having stayed at the Tjiong and having visited the Blue Mansion for breakfast and swimming pool. Thanks to the love of the conservationists, future generations will be able to experience the magic of these places. We are forever grateful to the people which developed and worked on these projects and to the staff that daily takes very good care of the guests. Thank you!

The hotel was very stylish. Room was a very nice size. We enjoyed the balcony with a view of the ocean. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of options. It was great to lounge by the pool.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, dining out, etc. The pool area is really nice and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to Penang.

Very helpful staff. It was hubby’s birthday and hotel has arranged a cake to our room. All staff in lobby wished him ‘happy birthday’. All staff are very friendly and never hesitate to suggest places of interest, when asked. We are very happy with all staff, especially Mr Iqmal who attended to us, during our check-in.

what a lovely breakfast all fresh and the cold press juices were beautiful the staff were well trained and super friendly, asked us straight away if we would like tea or coffee as soon as they we sat down

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They know well about the sightseeing places around there and gave us useful advices of our trip. And the interiors of the room were amazing! We took a lot of photos in the room. It was like a film set.
