Excellent location, staff, food and surroundings

Very spacious and clean rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. The staff is super nice. The food at the restaurant is wonderful. The underground parking is pricy but handy.

We liked that it was cozy by the bed but spacious enough to open two suitcases by the entrance. The water pressure was amazing and always hot. The bed and pillows were so comfortable - plus easy access to light switches by bed. There were hooks and plenty of hangers for clothes and towels. There was ample storage and shelf space. Breakfast was outstanding - you can get made to order eggs (it's not super clear but you just need to ask). Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Quiet location well serviced by bus and tram. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms.
