Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the bridge and walk back its a lovely view. For Cruise passengers exit the cruise terminal and cross the road to the tram stop take the no 23 heading towards the city its only 2/3 stops to get into the heart of the city if you want to go to the Markal get off at Beurs and cross the tram lines look for the tram 21 and it takes you to Blaak which is directly opposite the Markal. The river Maas, the Erasmus bridge, the Maritime museum, Spido etc, are all within walking distance. The Leuvehaven metro station and the tram stop are just outside the doorstep. It's right up in the city center, minutes away by walking from Markethall, the Cubic Houses, The Central Train Station, the Erasmus Bridge and so on. The room was large and heated with STEAM which made it exceptionally cozy because it was cool & rainy. Large windows that open (though it was too chilly for that) and look out onto river and businesses on the river. The bar and breakfast were both excellent. Once the cruise ships leave port, there's a spectacular view of the city and the Erasmus bridge. The area was quiet most of the time.
