Capsule hotel with a welcoming vibe was an amazing experience for us! We had everything we need for our comfortable one-night-stay in Rotterdam. The facilities were very clean and the overall atmosphere was ambient. The friendly staff was always ready to help us. We especially liked the coffee from coffee machine and bathrobes together with Rituals cosmetics in the shower.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful building, rooms very luxuriously equipped. Great breakfast. Nice view of the Maas and Erasmusbrug. Ease to reach with watertaxi in front of the hotel and 6 min walk from metro.

We travelled from Normandie to visit our son in Rotterdam, having been recommended by him to stay on the SS Rotterdam, which is now permanently berthed on the river Maas. The experience did not disappoint. From the moment we saw this magnificent ship from the car park, we knew we were in for a unique experience. Once on board, the reception was warm and efficient, and the de-luxe cabin extremely comfortable - like stepping back in time to a more elegant and glamorous age of sea travel. The ambiance is of her '50s and '60s origins and the refurbishment has been carried out true to her decade of construction. Facilities on board are excellent too, with bars and restaurants to choose from, though we only used the Lido restaurant for an excellent breakfast and a couple of moderately priced dinners. One minor consideration is that the ship is docked the other side of the river from the city centre. A water taxi service (4,50 euro one way) is the quickest and most exciting route - another experience in its own right!

    Make your way to Euromast it was a good experience to see views of Rotterdam. I went on the weekend of National Port Day in September where you will see the activities that are going on the river from a height. I didnt book in advance but the girl at reception was lovely and it was no bother to pay and enter at the same time for me

    The location is next to the old harbour which has many eateries. It is over the road from the train station and everything is within walking distance, even the Euromast! To be honest it is a fab hotel with delightful staff who could not have been any nicer.

    Where to start? Staff was amazing, helpful. We were there for the first time,they helped us with everything. Hub was clean, towels were soft, facilities are great. You have everything you need and if you need something extra just ask the staff and they will give you. Location was great, we bought the tickets for the tram. City is beautiful and we will come again. we visited Euromast, another place where staff is great.

    The room and bathroom were cleaned. After I checked out, I had a coffee and there is a plenty of sit or space that I could sit and enjoy my hot drinks, even they have a space outside of the their building with tables and chairs to sit for smoking. The location near to Euromast tower, Erasmus bridge and Markthal shopping mall for walking.

    The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel convenient for restaurants, local supermarket, Het park and the Euromast and the waterbus. We also walked to Delfthaven. Quiet area. Interesting dock close by with old ships. Liked that the hotel used local products and encouraged recycling.

    amazing hotel! great and friendly staff. just a minute walk from all the shops and not too far from the train station. would reccomend staying here for sure! also not that far too the euromast or spido for a boat tour

    Exceptional room quality, friendly staff, great location and great choice of content present in the building (small gym, lounge area,...). We've got a free room upgrade that had a really nice view of Rotterdam (13. floor looking at Euromast).
