The staff were so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was so comfortable and the outside terrace overlooking the water was a real bonus.

Location is perfect, tram around the corner , staff go beyond what is expected. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would definitely stay at the hotel on my return, perfect in every way.
