Reception all happy and helpful, and made the place feel warm on a cool day. Very well executed breakfast buffet. That did not just do the right choices, but did them just right. Not vegans ourselves, but great variety in non-fish, non-dairy options, appealing fresh vegetables and fruits (including sliced onions, forgotten hero of buffets), warm dishes and müsli. Fish options cool too (coming from Sweden – wot? no pickled herrings? – vive la différence).

Everything. I've travelled a lot and this was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff very friendly, and one of the most impressive breakfast buffet I have experienced.

Wonderful facilities and beautiful room.

The breakfast was superb. There were plenty of choices on the menu. The waiters/waitresses are well trained and have good manner. They remembered what I ordered before and asked me again if I wanted the same thing on the next day. We were upgraded to royal suite, which was spacious, well decorated, and clean (We booked Junior Suite with Corner Balcony)

This hotel is an absolute gem in one of Oslo's best neighborhoods. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the central train and bus stations and within easy reach of the city center. If you’re not up for walking, there’s a tram stop located right outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. The surrounding area is vibrant and inviting, with a picturesque river nearby and plenty of trendy bars and restaurants to explore. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view over the city was beautiful. The room size felt just right for a couple. It was thoughtfully designed, cozy, and very comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was a standout feature, especially during the cold winter days. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Incredibly varied, with options to satisfy every taste. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What really made our stay memorable was the staff. Every interaction was met with warmth and professionalism. When we had to check out early on a Saturday morning, well before the breakfast buffet opened, the receptionist prepared for us fresh coffee and thoughtfully packed breakfast boxes. An effort that made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. From its ideal location to its cozy rooms, delicious food, and exceptional service, it’s a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Oslo.
