1 Reliable hot water due to solar panels on the roof. 2 Suriya and his wife were very communicative and made sure we had what we needed. 3 Laundry service was efficient and priced well. 4 Guest House is back from the main road so it's peaceful and yet within walking distance of the lake and wherever you need to get to. 5 Good breakfast to set you up for the day.

The location was great at a great place with a good view nearyby. We had a 3 day stay at a hotel and Mr.Sanjog the operations manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, he even arranged the tour guide Mr Sonam dai who was very amazing and put all his effort to make our visit memorable.Thanks all the team of Hotel Lake Shore will be staying there next time too.

The staff is kind, helpful and professional. Any question and concern we had, has been answered with a smile and great attitude. The hotel is super clean and comfy and the value we got was great. The hotel is new and was not very crowded. Special thanks to Bipin from the reception and to Vibash the manager, who took care of us throughout the whole stay. I would like to also mention Jiya Tamang that served us with diverse breakfasts every morning with an amazing attitude and professionalism.

Nice Hotel with great view over the city from the top floor. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The owner is exceptionally nice and always good for a chat. We felt very welcome here.
