The staff and their services are beyond exceptional. They are so lovely for allowing us to have our elopement wedding ceremony on the hotel grounds. Check-in and check-out are so swift too. We stayed in the Lakefront suite and enjoyed the fireplace and the bath tub that goes with it. It is truly more than what we have expected. They even served our breakfast in our room because we had to leave really early in the morning. The hotel, the scenery, the staff, the facilities, and the peacefulness in the area are soooo worth the money.

    Had a fantastic solo stay, with great conversations with Dave (a veritable fountain of knowledge) about all that Rotorua has to offer, a delicious and varied breakfast, and a lovely room with all you could ever need, including one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Bella and Antonio, the 2 tabby cats were an absolute delight. The view of Lake Rotorua was the crowning glory of course! I am already looking forward to my next stay.

    Short stay, great accommodation, host and facilities, grounds, amazing VIEWS across lake Rotorua to the city and maunga Ngongotaha, and a fabulous fire place which we lit for that chilly Rotorua night and our fur babies were allowed as well.
