Loved my room- king with harbour view- had Sky Tower right outside my window too. Room had everything needed for a perfect stay. Bed great. Pillows great. Bathroom great. Nice breakfast too. Great location for centre of town, restaurants. Bus stop to North Shore right outside the door.

    The room was big enough and central for what we needed to do...

    The room was big enough and central for what we needed to do for our fleeting overnight trip to Auckland. However parking to check in was confusing and the lady at the desk was very confusing in her instructions on where the included parking was for the room - we had to then check with another person after we checked in who was very helpful.

    The view was wonderful.

    The view was wonderful. However the third party online seller -Trip advisor didn’t send the ticket as soon as we completed the payment. It took hours and an email before they sent it so we had to purchase them on the site. Don’t use the online seller as they don’t refund the money you paid even if it was their inefficiency that was the issue! Can’t believe they don’t refund when ticket wasn’t used! Leaves a bad taste to the tourists!!!

    I've been past there many times, but never went up to the observation decks until I was in NZ with a friend from overseas. The views are really great, and it is the best place by far to get your bearings in sprawling Auckland (which, by land area at least, is one of the largest in the world). You can also do a bungee jump from the exterior walkway, which is quite exciting simply to watch.

    Gorgeous view, check the weather during booking times and go before, during and after sunset if you can to maximise the experience. If dining up in Sky Tower, book about half an hour before sunset, enjoy the viewing platform for up to 45 mins before your booking (we only needed 20 to be satisfied) for free and then finish of with a meal during the sunset. In the lift, look down and watch the weight in the pulley system move away from you whilst ascending. Clear your nasal passages and look in to jaw movement (chewing gum for most) to release pressure with difference in metres above sea level and how that affects the sinuses.

    Good location near the train station, didn’t have any issues with the nearby clubs. Lady at check in was helpful and offered any extra amenities that might be needed. Had a nice view of the sky tower, assume the other side has lovely views of the water. Lifts were quick, nothing worse than waiting ages for a lift! Smart TV so could sign into my streaming apps and not have to rely on free to air tv, which is fab.

    The place is really spacious. Kids had fun in a big house. It’s in a great location. We had plenty things to do. Close to shops and the mall. Wifi was good throughout the whole house. Most things are provided which was handy. Great view from the top bedroom window. It’s cool seeing the city lighten up at night. With a clear view of the Sky Tower.

    The location was perfect for what we had planned for the holiday, walking distance to the harbour ,sky tower, Spark arena, hop on hop off bus and train station. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped the bedrooms were large and comfortable the shower was hot and powerful and had a heated towel rail so the towels were cosy. The view from the balcony was lovely the sky tower in the background.

    This is my favourite hotel to stay at in the Auckland CBD. It's a great location next to Albert Park and Chancery Square within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Whether I'm just with my husband or we have our kids with us, the indoor pool, spa pool and sauna with views of the Sky Tower really make this place for us. Almost all the rooms have amazing views and some with balconies, as well as kitchenettes. It's always one of the more affordable options too.
