Hotels near Colca Canyon, Chivay

Huge and comfortable bed, the room and bathroom are spacious, and provide space to hang your clothes and a space heater for the cold evenings. It's a very short walk to the main plaza. Great for a one night stay before heading to Colca Canyon to see condors! The breakfast is okay, the coffee was not great, instant powder from a pack.

The hostal is a little bit away from Plaza de Armas, but Chivay is so small that it's only a short walk away. The bed and room were comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and hot. You have access to a kitchen if you'd like to cook any meals. Great value overall. Also, Mónica and her husband are wonderful, kind people. They were very responsive to my needs. They even let me store some of my stuff at the hostal while I was away for a few days hiking Colca Canyon. I highly recommend staying here!

Colca Canyon is visited by adventurers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. Casa Andina fits great with this group. Bungalows in a treed setting with views of high mountains. Immaculate facility. Luisa at the front desk is welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast very good. Trout ceviche excellent. 3 person Andean band for an hour or so each evening. Little town of Chivay clean and fairly friendly.

Everything was great. Spacious room, comfortable beds, hot shower and amazing breakfast. The owner was very nice, she helped us with information and organized for us a tour to Colca canyon. Highly recommended place to stay.
