The outside building was so inviting. Upon walking through the doors the lobby was beautiful even the scent in the air was gorgeous and relaxing. Kindest person on reception checking us in. The staff were really wonderful! There is a lovely small bar area and the pool and spa were so peaceful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. It is close to the main street (10min walk) and the train station (5min walk). If you are lucky some rooms have a great view of the mountains!

A modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the Nosalowy Park Hotel. Breakfast with a big selection of buffet items aswell as an a la carte option. Big room with a balcony and a nice welcome gesture in the form of a Praliné selection and an hotel exclusive alternative guide to Zakopane. The Spa Area is quite spacious with an indoor pool, two indoor whirpools, one outdoor whirpool, two saunas and a steam bath. Everything very modern and clean. The Hotel Restaurant has a good selection of food with a very high quality standard and is close to casual fine dining. Worth a visit!

    It’s just a view which is also accessible by hiking. The cable car is overpriced in my opinion. But if you wanna do shopping the hilltop is THE place. I found the cheapest rates among all the places I ve visited

    Beautiful view to the High Tatras but the main promenade is a terrible, kitschy and crowded place with loud cacophony of mixed style disco music, a lot of plastic "souvenirs" shops. Bu the hike to/from the top is great.(instead of paying too much for the "train")

    Beautiful walk.

    Beautiful walk. Not suitable for people how have mobility problems as the walk is all uphill. If you can take the horse and cart up the mountain and walk back if you are able bodied . It’s very beautiful but just reminded us of our mountains and lakes in the u.k but a nice day out. We were there in December and zakopane had a lot of snow so the horse and cart were not running. To dangerous for the horses they told us. Just remember if the snow is down there will be no transport.

    We had apartment No 3 on the first (ground) floor overlooking Gubalowka mountain. New, cosy, very quiet, fully equipped, free parking, views. Good wifi for work. Comfy bed. Maybe the pillows too flat for our liking. Great shower. Dishwasher was great.

    Everything was perfect: clean apartment, underground parking, enough comfortable beds/sofas, one of the apartments had marvelous view to Gubalowka mountain. It was easy to reach town center, main grocery shops was close enough by foot. The guy who showed us around was friendly and helpful, easy to understand.

    Royal house is an exceptional place. It is very comfortable with all the necessary things one would need when on holiday. It is situated in a very good location, close to the station and not far from the centre and Gubalowka mountains. There is a mini market very close..less than a minute walk. The host is very helpful and friendly. He made us feel at ease and always helped us in whatever we needed.

    The apartment was exactly as on the pictures provided on the Booking. It was spacious and very bright. Everything was clean, and there was enough cutlery for the two of us. And we really enjoyed having a breakfast on the balcony with a view at Gubalowka mountain. The apartments is located in the center of Zakopane, so we mainly traveled on foot - and that is what we prefer in any case. The staff was super pleasant and responded to all our enquiries promptly
