Room was very clean, very comfortable bed, nice towels. Perfectly equiped (they even have a difuser for curly hair:)), fresh water and tea in the room every day, 15 minute walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast!!

First class and exceptionally good service, special mention to Paweł and the rest of the reception staff. The hotel was clean and our room (superior) was spacious. Location was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice and stylish hotel close to everything - palace, center, Kazimierz, tram and food store. Clean, not too big but nice room with excellent bed. Good solution in bathroom with dimmed night light. Fresh fruit in lobby.
