Everything! The best hotel we have stayed in Europe. Great room, spacious and modern. Bathroom well laid out with under tile heating. Didn’t hear other quests at all. I’m a light sleeper and I wasn’t woken by the trains near by, hardly heard them. The skylights in the ceiling were a nice touch and had electric blinds for at night. Location was amazing, with large shopping mall and train station across the plaza, less than 3 min walk. Easy 10 min walk to old town. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything about the property and would definitely stay again

Location was very good it is next to train/tram/bus stations and galeria krakowska. Its so many choices for breakfast and it exceed my expectations.
