Everything was perfect, They gave me my room earlier,free welcome drink, amazing staff in the reception especially in the morning shift the boy with black hair,he was so gentle. My room was big and nice,the breakfast was amazing super delicious and so many opinions and the boy who is host in the restaurant he was super friendly. Excellent hotel in the very heart of Poznan, with a wonderful view of Stary Rynek. At walking distance from all major sights. I was a bit concerned at first that the hotel would be noisy due to the terraces and bars in the vicinity, but the sound isolation is very good. Furthermore, good bed, friendly and helpful staff and fast internet. I didn't try the breakfast.
