Fantastic reception and cleaning staff with the perfect balance between professionalism and ease, so we felt super comfortable and at the same time always immediately very well taken care of; Very dog friendly; Super clean room; Big double bed with an excellent mattress; Daily water and tea/coffee refill; The refrigerator and kettle were very helpful; Great location in residential Mokotow with numerous parks, cafés and restaurants around the corner, very well connected to downtown; We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another two nights - we are very happy to have found this hotel that will now become our go-to place in Warsaw!
