    get yourself a laminated map and enjoy how you can mix and match the trails. You can trust on time estimations provided, the mountain shelters are amazing albeit crowded in high season. Each big valley ands with one. You can grab a meal there ad decide if you want to climb a peak or hang out and return. DO NOT LITTER. This is a National Park with unique wild live - every piece of snack you di not finish and pastic you brough in goes back down with you

    It's a long hike in to Morskie Oko and we failed to achieve all our hiking goals in one day. Staying in the mountain hut would have been a better option and allowed more time to hike the area rather than the five mile trail in.

    Horse carriage transfer to Morsko Oko in Jul 2022: when we arrived, there was a long queue. No guard to organize people, no barriers, no shade (30+ degrees). NONE of he drivers spoke English, when I even asked the question, one of then were very angrily shouting "English, no English, Polen ... ... ... ..." and kept on shouting Polish when driving away. A Polish backpacker girl thought one and cut the line. they asked her to get back, then they literally started fighting. Again, no guard to supervise the queue. We waited for 1,5 hours (!!!) in the sun, with 7 year old kids. After getting on, it turned out that it costs PLN 70 per person, even for kids... Morsko Oko was full of people, you could barely drop a needle... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, bad experience.

    Great location, near the Tatra National Park. At the same time, there are three grocery stores nearby (two of them are open on Sundays - which is quite rare in Poland). The apartment has everything you need for both a short and a longer stay (dishes, coffee, tea, extra towels, washing machine, dryer, TPN trail maps, etc.). Comfortable bed. Fast free internet.

    Very convenient location near Tatra National Park – quiet and beautiful. The white cat is adorable! Note: The bathroom is located near the room, so make sure to lock it with the key, as other guests might use it when you need it.

    Well, I booked this apartment a bit outside from city centre. I had to hike in tatra national park so for that this place was more near. The bus stop is very close to apartment. It's very nice and clean apartment with a great mountain View.

    We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was beautiful and the family who ran it were so lovely and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable, great location, close to town but very quiet and relaxing with the gentle sound of the river nearby. There was a lovely kitchen with a large communal room to eat and relax in. Highly recommend and I'd absolutely stay here again. Zakopane is a lovely town and easy to get to Tatra national park and the thermal baths nearby.

    The apartment was large and clean. It is about 2 km away from the centre, but very close to the entrance in the Tatra National Park. Thus, we could admire the mountains and enjoy the silence. There are some restaurants nearby where you can have lunch or drink good local beer on hot summer days. The host was nice and friendly. We loved the place!

    Great location for those who want to go on hiking trip. As it was my intention. Tatra National Park is only a few minutes' walk from hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of options. The lobby bar is exceptional with great options. Arriving quite late on a weekday evening meant that the local restaurants had already closed their doors. Thankfully, the hotel's lobby bar offered food&drinks options.

    Nice apartments and very hospitable hosts. They cared for that we had comfortable stay. There’s a good barbecue zone under the roof, so even rainy weather couldn’t stop us from doing barbecue :) The apartments have a good location. It’s in a quiet place, very close to Tatra National Park. We enjoyed walking through the green hills along pine trees. Also we had a pleasure to hear birds singing in the mornings :) We had a good time :)

    This is a great option for those coming to Zakopane to hike. The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from the nearest entrance to Tatra National Park. The check-in process is seamless, and the staff is really great!

    The breakfast was very fulfilling, it had a variety of breakfast foods, both cold and warm. I especially like that it had traditional Polish elements to it. Coffee was really good. My room was very comfortable and had all necessities plus a fridge. The location was great for hiking, as the the accommodation is about 20-minute walk away from the edge of the Tatra National Park.
