Our stay at the Black Iris Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean with a comfortable beds. There was an enough choice for the breakfast and free water, tea and coffee at any time during the day. The hotel has its own parking. What is a big plus of the hotel - is its friendly and especially very helpful staff, who gave us valuable advice. It was a very pleasant stay, we would definitely come back

Beautiful room and excellent service. They arranged for a driver and guide to pick me up from the airport and my transfers. They also prepared a light dinner for me after I arrived that was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel

My stay at the hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received warm, courteous and professional service from the hotel staff, which left an unforgettable impression. Many thanks to Ms. Yara who showed genuine care, impressive availability and the ability to find a solution to any request quickly and with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to the small details that make you feel at home. The hotel staff is undoubtedly one of the greatest advantages of the place. Thanks to them, this vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation and a family atmosphere.

    After Israeli passport control, you must board a bus to arrive at the Jordan Passport control office for their visa and stamping,,then cross the border by foot (with luggage) and then go tot he taxi stand, pay for the prepaid taxi, wait for the taxi and then get into the taxi to come to the main gate. Be ready to tip all the way!!! it's a horrible way = Eilat Crossing is MUCH MUCH easier///
