We were moved to Principe Avila, which was literally just next door. It was a brand new hotel so my review is about that hotel. Everything was new and clean, nice facilities. Very nice breakfast and great location. Quiet room, excellent beds, decent size.

Hands down the best staffs and facility! I first stayed at Epic SANA at the beginning of May 2025 for a couple nights and loved it so much, I decided to stay again for my 1 night layover in Lisbon before flying back home to Canada. And did I mention their breakfast? Solid 10/10 with such a variety of food!

Staff is fantastic - kind and helping with everything. The hotel and the room is very quiet and clean. Location is great if you want to reach the center quickly (a direct bus line takes you in 5 mins to the center), but you do not want to be in a noisy fully central location. Also, you can walk in 10 mins to the park where all hop on hop off bus lines start. The breakfast is good, everyone can find what they like.
