Clean, looks like newly refurbished, staff attentive to details. Good breakfast. A Hotel quite well situated next to train staion, a little away from city centre. Used Bolt as it was handier than Metro, though there are 2 stations nearby. Great choice of hotel.

I recently stayed at BessaHotel Baixa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located just steps away from Rua de Santa Catarina and Mercado do Bolhão, making it perfect for exploring Porto. The interior design is elegant and contemporary, and our room exceeded expectations in both comfort and style. The buffet breakfast was generous and offered a wide variety of options to suit every palate. One of the highlights was the indoor pool area, which provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location was spot-on, close to everything we could need, including a metro station. The staff, especially Katarina (apologies if I misspelled her name) was AMAZING. She was very welcoming and kind, and made our stay a rather memorable one!
