The staff at this hotel really set an example for other people working in hotels. The facilities were nice too, but is was the staff and how easy everything was here that made it stand out. Firts of all, the basic things were perfect (cleaning, breakfast, spa, reception etc) and then on top of that there was small things that that made my stay so easy, comfortable and outstanding. Its hard to put in to words all the small situations and things that just made it so nice. I felt at home and could just enjoy my stay without any fuss. Classy and luxurous but still natural and friendly. Perfect!
