Great experience every time! I have stayed here many times already, and Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch, Doha, is the place to be. I am traveling for business purposes, and they make me feel very welcomed. I was welcomed by the receptionist Abubakar, who was very firnedly and handed me the key cards. After I went to my room, I called reception and told them I wanted a room with a king size bed and a bathtub and my room did not feature a bathtub. Abubakar was very kind and sent me the keys to a different room through a bellboy, whom also helped me move to a bigger room, with a very big terrace, which had not only a king-size bed, but also bathtub. I appreciated the fact that even though the restaurant was closed until evening for Ramadan, you could still order room service at any time. Also, I would like to mention Suzan, a lady from Housekeeping, who was very kind and personable when I asked her to bring me some water, coffee and to change some towels. For sure I will come back to this hotel every time I visit Doha. Thank you for your professionalism.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location and well connected to everywhere in the city. Food at the restaurant was really nice. Staff was helpful and showed high-standards of customer care. It is fair to mention Mr. Saif and Mr. Moumen at the reception desk for their concerns, and Ms. Tajar, at the bar who kindly served some drinks. All of them made me feel like at home. Shukran !!
