Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

Excellent hotel located in the business part of the city. The room was very big and comfy, as expected from a hotel of this status. Beds were large and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent!

All the staff were lovely (at the Reception and during breakfast). Our room was great (received a comp upgrade as well - thank you so much!), with a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers. And the bathroom was one of the most spacious bathrooms I have ever seen, fantastic for 2 x ladies staying :) The breakfast buffet was amazing quality, with hot and cold options, fruit etc, and slightly different every day. The location of the hotel is perfect, 15 minutes by car to the airport and a short walk to the metro station, which takes to you the city centre in 10 minutes.

The Embassy Nord is located in the Sector 1 neighborhood in Bucharest, just 500 metres from Northern Railway Station and 11 km from Otopeni.
