Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. Great value for money.

1. The view from the rooms was exceptional 2. The Ambiance in the restaurant area was warm and inviting 3. Restaurant staff were extremely polight and helpful. And that where positives ends if you're a person looking for comforts and spending 600e for 3 nights.!!!!

    The host, Tanja, is friendly and helpful. She met us at the entrance and explained everything to us, and was responsive when we had questions. The location is great, it's 10 min by car from Kopaonik ski resort. The apartment is new, it has a TV, fridge, stove, cookware and a kettle.

    Good location, 10 min by car/bus to the Kopaonik ski resort. Clean apartment with all the necessities. Keys pick-up and communication with the host was easy. Access (paid) to the SPA in the Kraljevi Čardaci hotel.
