The hotel is located in a fortress overlooking to the Danube River. The sights are overwhelming. The room was majestic with view to the river and classic design of bed and armchairs (my room was on floor 1. Pay attention that rooms in floor 2 are much less impressive). The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was rich and satisfying. The waiter in Karlo restaurant (Raduan) is a charmer

Hotel Pupin never disappoints. It was the 4th time visiting and I like it. Jovana at the reception was our highlight . Very pleasant , hands on and extremely knowledgeable. She explained about all the facilities at the hotel and the restaurants too. She’s a 10/10 !

Most comfortable beds in comparison to other hotels. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out, nice room, and amazing breakfast. The room was perfectly clean. Equipment in the room. Windows that you can open for fresh air.

Located in the castle, with beautiful surroundings, excellent and various breakfast, comfortable rooms. But the most I liked fantastic receptionists who were extremely helpful and friendly, arranged extra services for us and provided all necessary information and recomendations. Also helped when in one of the rooms the heater stopped functioning and replaced it immediatelly and fixed the problem. Perfect and smooth stay. Thank you very much for all the staff of the hotel for making us a pleasant stay.
