The staff were friendly & helpful. We had an issue with our safe & it was sorted very swiftly. The buffet breakfast had a great selection (I especially loved the caramel cookies & mini cinnamon buns). The bed was very comfortable. And the location was perfect! Also a 20 minute walk to Liseberg. They offer parking spots in the courtyard and a garage (both with extra fees), which was a great for us to have. Beds were quite confortable and there were locker rooms to store personal things (bring you own lockpad). The quality of sleep of course depends on how noisy are your roommates, as in every hostel. Common toilets were clean and weren't too crowded (although I was there when there were few clients) The position is good, the hostel is in front of Liseberg park and close to Universeum and Gothia towers - about 30 min by walk or 10 min by tram from the city centre.Guest review byFilippoItaly
