staff here is very friendly and helpful. I took my two dogs checked in, the welcome card for my dogs is just so...cute. The room is definitely amazing, overall it's a very pleasant place to stay when you travel with your pets :)

Mrs.Beer at the breakfast area she is one of the best , the reception lady's also they are very helpful, in general they have very polite and helpful employees . walking to the sky train is around 10 min, For sure I would stay there again .
