One of my favorite BBK hotels. 10/10 every time. Many staff have been there for years as management does the right thing by them. It the kind of hotel where it’s all there either in the hotel or at the doorstep. The location is 10/10 whether you want to relax or party hard. No need to hire a car or taxi as everything is in short walking distance.

Our newest favourite 5* hotel in the world. We stayed in many hotels, but this one was absolutely great. We loved every moment of our stay. We had the chance also to meet the general manager Niek Hammer who came during breakfast just to chat with us, the attention, the discussion we had, it was just one additional star of our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel with all our hands :)

The hotel is perfect and for sure, it is the best of my life (I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels around of the world!) for the quality/price ratio. Firstly, the staff and the service was really outstanding and always helpful and friendly and I want to mention especially some people that they made us feel like at « home » (we spent the whole week there) : Wawa, Aimmy, Jane, Noon (at the Club Lounge) Phun, Kook, New (at the door staff) Wannarat B. Nat (at the breakfast buffet) Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from the BTS and MRT stations. We’ve stayed in a Carlton Club room (the bed was so comfortable!) and there were interesting benefits and privileges (pre-dinner beverages and canapés, laundry,..) Very good selection at the breakfast buffet and the « ristretto » café at Tuxedo Espresso Bar was excellent.
