Service is great. Room is spacious. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Central world mall is right next door. On the 59th floor, there is an awesome rooftop bar. Very convenient for attending the conference downstairs. Breakfast is nice.

Our family has been spending New Year’s holidays in Bangkok for several years, and we consistently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Its convenient location near Siam Paragon, excellent service, and high-quality standards have made it our go-to choice for many years. Last year, we decided to try something new and stayed at the Eastin serviced apartment hotel. It was a wonderful experience: spacious rooms, a cosy, almost homely atmosphere – everything was convenient and comfortable. In 2025, we continued this tradition and chose Chatrium, which also offers serviced apartment accommodations. We were delighted with excellent service, a convenient location, and diverse, delicious breakfasts - everything was top-notch! A shuttle operated between the hotel and Siam Paragon every 10 minutes, with a travel time of just 2 or 3 minutes. It was convenient that you could send your shopping bags via the shuttle, and they would be delivered directly to your room, allowing you to continue your shopping without interruption. The only minor drawback was the relatively modest pool, and there were times when sunbeds were in short supply, but for a city-based serviced apartment hotel, this was not a critical issue. Verdict: we will return! 😎

We stayed in this marvellous property second time in last 4 months and no hesitation to say that it didn't disapoint us again . Start at reception Ms Chananan is exceptional at her work . We knew her since our last visit . She is very attentive , caring and keep records of minute details of each customer's requirements . Other staff at reception Ms Nidtakan was also helpful . Worth mentioning of team Red , particularly Ms Nattakarn , Ms Minthiya , Ms Cherry , Gents in Red Mr Fam , who were part of a dedicated , hard working , omni present and ever smiling team . Breakfast at Niche and Addison were mouth watering and upto perfection . Mr Krit , Ms Somporn , Ms kanoknan , Mr Thotsaporn were champion of Niche . Mr Farhan ,Guard , was well mannered and courteous. Nonetheless Worth mentioning Ms Peary at 1897 cigar lounge , who was dextrous at her job , knew requirements of clients and very dedicated to dispense it . Besides Great and amazing staff , prime location and quality of services are strength of this hotel . I definitely recommend this hotel , will surely come back and give them exceptional rating which they rightfully deserve .

I loved everything there. The hotel is located <10mins walk to Siam MRT station, and <5mins walk to Ratchathewi. Rooms / beds / toilets are super clean, and all toiletries / towels are wrapped hygienically before your use. There are also free snacks and cup noodles for those who are hungry on the 1st floor. I also requested help from them to decorate the room for my boyfriend's 30th birthday over Booking.com, and brought over a box of decorations with decoration and cake purchasing instructions 2 weeks in advance. While I was briefing them, they even showed me the room we would be staying, and was taking initiative to ask me questions - to ensure that they really decorated the room according to how I wanted it to be decorated. During the actual stay, my boyfriend was truly amazed at the decor, and I think they really executed it amazingly. All the details I requested were in place, and they even prepared a little gift (cute phone holder) for him!! I enjoyed my stay so much. There was an older male staff member + a young fair-skinned female staff member who was working on 23 November 2024, morning. Both of you were so friendly and helpful to me when I was trying to explain how the decorations worked. The older male staff member even helped bring me to the main alley, along the closest path to the MRT station. The young female staff also remembered my decoration request on Booking.com, and still remembered me when I was there again in December 2024. They really made me feel welcomed. Please do give the 2 of them + the decor team a bonus for their effort!!! Also, they have a super friendly cat living nearby. It's a small white/orange fellow with a collar, that crawls into your lap for pets when you sit outside the hotel lobby. We had a lot of fun feeding him. There are resident cat feeders in the area, and all the cats wandering the alley are well taken care of and look clean.

    Platinum Fashion Mall falls short of being a worthwhile stop, despite its impressively vast array of clothing stores. The pricing, however, proves unappealing for those on a modest budget. If your itinerary already includes Siam Paragon and MBK Centre, opt instead for the Pratunam Night Market, which offers a more rewarding experience than this mall.

    Super large, super busy shopping mall.

    Super large, super busy shopping mall. Zone 2 and 3 are where the action is at. Several floors with so many vendors. Some walkways get tight with other people. Always be ready to bargain prices. Novotel is attached to this mall, and would recommend staying there if it’s within budget and you want to shop until you drop daily.

    Platinum mall is a one stop shop/ jatujak is great too but all shops only open during weekeend/pratunam market is good for wholesale. Cheap finds as well for street vendors who appears when malls or office buildings are close by night.
