Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and services. Very spacious, comfortable , elegant room with greatly stocked minibar. Spacious shower + a bathtub. Working station with desk . Comfy, big bed. Grrat service . The pool oasis was a cherry on the cake . Could spend easily half a day on there. Same goes for spa with massages . All top notch.

    Good food court on the top floor and we enjoyed a movie here too on a hot day. Loads of stores if you feel like a bit of shopping. Is filled with escalators that go very high up so if you're scared of heights maybe use the lift. :)

    Terminal 21 is beautiful.

    Terminal 21 is beautiful. So many shops, food court, they have a four story escalator. A Robinson grocery. Must see each floor has a theme on cities of the world. Frisco chicago and others. A good way to spend on a rainy day.

    Love the food centre and the variety of shops here. Had a fun day exploring everything. Even when we come back late from a day of shopping, the small cafes, food court and restaurants are still open. Best place to stay near to.

    The hotel is located in a quiet location and within walking distance to rowdy and busy places. It was quite fun to hop on to the free tut tut service to Terminal 21. The friendliness of the staffs who were always servicing or attending to our requests/questions with a smile and politeness. We didn't have time to use the gym and pool. Breakfast is good value for money and the varieties are good. Fast and efficient service.

    We stayed only 3 nights but we really enjoyed it. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very kind and always ready to support. You can have the room (very spacious btw) cleaned every day and the service is outstanding. The location is really good, just next to BTS Asok and to the mall Terminal 21. You really have everything you need just a few steps away.

    This is my go to BKK hotel, nice rooms, nice decor, great staff, shuttle taxi to Terminal 21, breakfast is outstanding, credit to kitchen staff. Good location to either Asok or Nana BTS, easy walk. A handy 711 just outside adjoins alleyway to next Soi with numerous sports bars, massage shops and the best male hairdresser in BKK, 200baht, awesome lady (don't forget to tip her).

    The location was amazing and extremely convenient, and it’s walking distance to many of the major malls like Terminal 21, OceanWorld, Siam Paragon and many others. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and reassuring for first time solo travellers and were able to provide good tips to avoid unnecessary issues. It has good access to Nana BTS Station and has easy access to 7-11 for daily convenience, it’s only 300-400 meters from Nana Plaza for those seeking the best nightlife of Bangkok.
