Extreme friendly and helpful staff, taking care of you with passion in every single moment, way above average. Nice breakfast as well. Including coffee, local thai food, yoghurt and self-made granola as well as scrambeld eggs with bacon and fresh fruits. Help yourself with coffee and water (Eco friendly Glass bottles) all day for free. Clean room with small balcony, every day refill of water and coke in your room. Helpful with booking excursions, motorcycle, cooking class for you. Renting bicycles for free.

The best place we ever stayed in Chiang Mai. The staff is gorgeous, the apartment was beautiful and everything is very close by. We stayed here before doing the Mae Hong Son Loop and loved it so much that we returned after the Loop. Our favourite in Chiang Mai in all the years!

    Awesome location in the Sri Phum district of Old Town Chiang Mai. Great vicinity to bars, food, shops, Walking Street Market, Tha Pae Gate, 7-Eleven, Jumping Monkey dispensary, laundromat and scooter hire. Rooms are nice and have balconies, wifi and aircon, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread, modern gym equipment, and you can spot cute little geckos running about outside in the evening.
