The staff are very friendly, speak good English, and are very helpful. I feel, they are very considerate about the needs of international travellers, e.g. there's a tourist map of Ayutthaya in your room, you'll find the WiFi password noted down and a short instruction on English TV channels. They don't have dining or breakfast options on site, but there are good coffee-shops in walking distance for breakfast or brunch. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The sitting area outside is wonderful with lots of plants.

The young woman who runs it was so helpful and spoke very good english. She organised a tour for us and our transport to our next destination at a great price. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect location- ten min walk to the temples and surrounded by food places

The property was pleasant, peaceful and quiet with English speaking management and staff. Sue speaks at a colloquial level having lived in the UK. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pool was big enough for exercise or just relaxing after the heat. There’s much to see and do in Ayutthaya and the hotel offers a river tour of historic sites that was really good value. The hotel is located near many good eateries. We left my wife’s walking stick at reception and they brought it to us at the train station.

The bed was amazing! Best sleep I had in my whole trip. I was supposed to stay 1 night, but ended up staying 3. Hot water, free fruit, coffee, tea, breakfast, water bottle, towel, soap,..a fan and airconditioning in every corner of the room and sockets at every bed. The owner helped me to extend my visa and brought me to the ferry. You can take a ferry for 10bth to the train station. Perfect location.

Absolutely amazing stay at one love. The location is perfect! The historical sites are literally at the end of the road. There’s also a decent bar at the end of the road and a 7 eleven a couple of minutes walk away. I was welcomed very warmly and despite a mix up with booking.com I was given an upgrade to a private bungalow at no extra price. The hotel also offers breakfast and bike loans. Amazing staff and amazing place in the best location in Ayutthya and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on my next visit!

    It was just perfect for the price. We loved it. It’s a small property but very tastefully kept. The house lady was very thoughtful in putting all the things of basic necessity and some more. She planned our brief stay perfectly. There is no free breakfast included but she still kept fresh bananas and rice cake along with morning tea for us! The location is within 10 minutes walking from Wat Mahathat which was perfect for us!

    Family run homestay with top notch service - everyone put a lot of effort to make sure all guests feel comfortable and welcome. Including small detail such as giving the guests fruit as appetiser while breakfast is being made, and helping to arrange fair-priced tour and tuktuk rides. Owner's family/ staff greets everyone with smile everyday. It's a really different experience from staying in a hotel. And oh the location is very near Wat Mahathat too! I was very satisfied, can't ask for more. Thank you for the service!

    The room was well equipped and the bed was super comfy. The guest house was immaculately clean and tidy. It did feel warm as home. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was provided, which was a big plus. The location of the hostel is on quiet road, at only 15-minute walk from Wat Mahathat. I would def come back and I strongly recommend it.
