Hotels near Wat Tham Sua - Tiger Cave Temple, Krabi town

Thr staff were fab and the breakfast in the morning was amazing.

I spent 1 night at Alisa Hotel before returning to Bangkok early in the morning the following day. I booked a twin room as there was no double left. It was absolutely massive and looked like a self-contained 1 bedroom flat without a kitchen. There was a separate lockable entrance hall, a huge room with 2 large windows (actually one wall was floor to ceiling window with access to the balcony) which is a good surprise and plenty of sunlight. The hotel is a bit away from restaurants, etc, so best if you have your meals in the centre. There was a small fridge, a kettle, bottles of water, etc. I had a good stay at this hotel and would probably stay again if I come back to Krabi. The location is good if you need to get early to the airport. I paid approx 240 baht for a Grab taxi to the airport. Also, the people in the neighbouhood were super friendly. I got to the hotel around 7pm when it was already dark and walked from the station where the local bus dropped me. It was only a 15 min walk to the hotel and I did not have much luggage. A lady on the bike stopped me and asked me if I knew where I was going. Literally a minute or two later, a man on the bike stopped me, introducing himself that he works with the police and that I should not get scared, asked me the same question and left once I mentioned the hotel. I ended up receiving a lift from an ambulance as I could not figure out how to walk a very short section (the hotel is behind the ambulance station). I never had so much help in Thailand. The people were lovely. Thank you Alisa for a great stay!

Really nice service, good Thai breakfast, people are always smiling and ready to help! 4 min walk to the wat Tham Suea temple.

It's fine when you are looking for something for one night - good value for money, but don't expect much for such a low price.

I liked the location that is away from the city, even though it was about 10 km drive up to the river front. Lighting was excellent!

2. Stay there and it will be 3 and maybe more. Perfect option if you want to get to airport or bus station. The owner is quite nice and helpful about everything, transportations etc. In a quiet area around a mountain so the air is very fresh.
