This hotel is maybe the best option in all our tour for Turkey. Perfect location near all. Nice check in, very big room, with an exquisite decoration, fridge and nice bathroom with nice amenities. Every thing is done at detail. Embroidered pillows with the hotel logo, hand woven courtains, etc. Turkish Breakfasts fabulous! But maybe the best was their staff. Mr Savas, in front desk, Miss Dūnyam . . wow! what a wonderful breakfasts thank's a lot! Also Mehmet helping us in all. The hotel has also pool, but sadly we did not use because time.

If you're staying in Selçuk, don't hesitate and book this hotel. Let me give you 3 good reasons: - there is a nice pool (perfect after a long day visiting ruins) - the breakfast is abundant and contains some products that were producted locally (the honey was amazing!!!) - the manager is a very kind person who helped us a lot: he guided us for renting the best car, he told us when to go in Ephesus in order to avoid the crowds, he recommended us some restaurants (even located outside Selçuk itself)... --> By the way : if you are reading this, we would like to thank you again! We will come back in Nazar Hotel for sure next time that we are in the region!!

We had an incredible experience staying at Hotel Mary's House in Selcuk, Turkey. This family-owned hotel surpassed all our expectations in every aspect. Firstly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, was a treat for the taste buds. The homemade touches and attention to detail made each morning a delightful culinary experience. The rooms at Hotel Mary's House were not only super clean but also had an authentic charm. The traditional decor and comfortable amenities created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of this hotel is the owner, Bugra. In addition to running the hotel, he also operates a professional tourist company that organizes tours all over Turkey. We were incredibly lucky to have Bugra as our guide during our visit to Ephesus and other nearby places. His amazing knowledge and passion for the history and culture of the region were truly impressive. Our entire family was captivated by the information he shared. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of spending an amazing evening with Bugra, having coffee and engaging in discussions about life and history. It was a truly memorable and enriching experience. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Mary's House in Selcuk, Turkey. The combination of delicious breakfast, pristine rooms, and Bugra's expertise as a tourist guide created an exceptional and unforgettable stay. It is a testament to the warm hospitality and dedication of this family-owned hotel.

Lovely setting, staff and restaurant with an exceptional breakfast. We also bought a gorgeous carpet from Murselin at the studio beneath the hotel. Everyone was friendly and kind. We will be back and we will always stay here. We loved Selcuk!

    an interesting site.when you enter go straight ahead and you...

    an interesting site.when you enter go straight ahead and you will see the basilica ruins crossing your path.in the centre there is a sign detailing the layout,the info is all you need to enjoythe site with little imagination.if you are pushed for time ignore the castle at the top of the hill.inside is an over grown earth mound,with little to see and you cannot walk the ramparts.

    A really intersting site, and particularly so as the burial...

    A really intersting site, and particularly so as the burial place of the Apostle John. We went first thing in the morning, soon after it opened, and it was great to be there before the guided parties took over, in the freshness of the early part of the day.
