I worked in hospitality for more than 7 years in the best hotels in London. Neal's Hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Starting from the porters to the management everyone is doing his best to make sure that you will feel at home. Big thanks to Mr. Arik and Mrs. Assu for taking care of me and my family and making my baby enjoy her first birthday. Husein and 56 are super helpful and smiley people. Excellent hotel! I don’t know what was better, location or staff. First of all, staff was great, very helpful and polite, they helped us in any way we needed, especially all the men who work at the entrance of the hotel, they are great. Location is also top, in the very heart of Nisantasi area.
