From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited a high level of customer service . A particularly noteworthy incident involved their swift and efficient response to a situation with an unethical taxi driver who had taken advantage of us during our stay in Istanbul. The hotel staff went above and beyond, demonstrating remarkable dedication to guest satisfaction by promptly tracking down the driver and ensuring we received our money back. Additionally, the hotel's flexibility was evident when they allowed us to check in early at 9 am. This gesture was particularly appreciated, considering our international flight from China had arrived in the early morning hours. It's this kind of understanding and consideration for guests' needs that sets Romance Istanbul Hotel apart. The facilities at the hotel were outstanding. The prime location offered easy access to the city's attractions, and the amenities, including a sauna and pool, provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and cleanliness added to the overall positive experience. Another highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful breakfast. Not only was it a great deal, but the variety and quality of the offerings made for a perfect start to each day. Without a doubt, my positive experience ensures that I will choose Romance Istanbul Hotel for all my future stays in the city. Highly recommended to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.
